Dr Junaid Patel completed his Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery from the University of Birmingham, passing with an Honours Degree.

He has worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery across different hospitals in West Yorkshire and in dental practice around Leeds and Surrey. Junaid also passed the MJDF examinations to gain membership in the Royal College of Surgeons in 2015.

Junaid is constantly developing as a clinician, embarking on various professional courses to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry. He has recently completed his Post Graduate Certification in Implant dentistry with the renowned Royal Society of Medicine. He has a particular interest in providing functional cosmetic dentistry and enjoys providing cutting edge treatments such as Invisalign, Tooth Whitening and Dental Implants.

However, Junaid’s greatest asset to us has always been his gentle side, specifically his love of building close relationships with patients and helping them feel at ease during treatment. Junaid has a calm, friendly approach and takes pride in his ability to put nervous patients at ease to help reduce their dental anxiety and build their confidence when visiting the dentist. He has also undertaken various volunteering positions in schools locally and abroad and provides extra weekend appointments for certain treatments to help fit around your busy schedule.

Outside of work, Junaid’s interests include playing football, tennis and golf. He also enjoys skiing in the winter and more recently yoga and meditation. Junaid is a very keen traveller having backpacked around many countries and is a self-proclaimed foodie.
